I've been hosting my blogs using my own paid hosting servers for years already. That's why I can't get active in this blog. Using your own hosting servers has a lot of advantage when you do paid blogging. But nowadays paid blogging is not doing well anymore. It's kinda not worthy to pay hosting because the earnings is not enough anymore to cover the annual renewal. I had two blog domains expired already and I have to pay extra to redeem them. It's sad because those are doing well and I can't even retrieve my contents. My joycd80.info and joyozlove.com blogs. It is linked in my twitter. Now someone is using my blog using my pen author name. How irritating is that? Everytime he or she is posting in that blog, the posts automatically appears in my twitter page which I have to delete right away. I know a friend who invested her money for a house that was ready for foreclosure. Of course, when you say foreclosure, it will cost you less and give you huge profit when you sell it at higher price. It's a matter of investment too. There are some Free Foreclosures listing nowadays. I heard about Free REO foreclosures and Real Estate Owned Foreclosures which are really good when you are up to something like this. I'm not sure if my friend got the idea from this websites but I find her a wise home buyer. Though she didn't sell the house after she bought it because she lives in it now with her family, but she got it with a very low price. She so lucky actually. I feel like I badly need our own house. So sick and tired of renting a small place. Our kids are growing and they need their own space. Unfortunately, the decision is not in my hands. I don't have the right to decide because I'm not earning well and of course I can't contribute when the mortgage starts....

In the old days, it was always though to find a job.   A job hunt meant walking for hours each day in a busy metropolis to find a job. I had that bad experience myself of going around different office establishments trying to find a job.  Of course, the saddest part about it is that rejection is harder to take when you are tired and often times dazed.  It is a good thing that they invented the Internet.  Along with the Internet came the advent of a new form job hunt.  Hunting for an IT Position is quite easier when you don't even have to leave home.   Gone are the days when you have to walk along a busy street and beg for a job in nearly every establishment that you have to visit.  You can now sit comfortably at home and just visit job sites.  Any job is not too hard to find.  You can even search for jobs in other countries.  

Some people are born so lucky. Born rich, born beautiful and most of all born happy. Why can't we just be all the same? No more porblems, nothing to worries. Am I refering to human now? Ridiculous huh? Well just some thoughts come to mind. I got this friend who told me about winning in lotter. Another friends friend telling she won the jackpot in the casino. I wanted to ask if how much she lost before she got the jackpot but don't want to ruin her moment. I happened to watch a movie which one of starring actress friend was hooked in  online casino and use other people for her benefit. Most of us are aware how bad gambling can do to people if they they lost control. There are responsible gamblers and those irresponsible are mostly problematic people. This is like actually a very entertaining game that can lead some people to misery if they'll allow it. Know your limit and no harm will be done.

I had troubles with my car in the past few weeks. I thought it was just easy as filling up airs. Yeah air because it was flat tires trouble. I noticed after three to four days since I filled airs, it was gone flat again. I kept coming back to gas station for nearly a month. It's not normal anymore. Something's wrong with my tires. So I went to the nearest and known auto repair service center to have it checked. They've done it for an hour and figured out that there was screws on my two tires that made it flat gradually while I'm using my car. Who could have done it to my tires? Was it just an accident? I smells something fishy with the last auto repair service center we went because every time they rendered service to us, another car trouble will follow. Well, I will not go for their service anymore if so. I'm happy driving now with ease.

First week of the month last September, my second child celebrated his 6 years old birthday at his school. Just simple cake candle blowing and cake sharing. Second week it's my eldest son turn to celebrate his 10th year birthday. Since Sept 19 was weekend, we were able to celebrate it at home and invited some friends. A simple plan turned into a big one. And then last week of the month of September 27 was my youngest turned to celebrate his 5th birthday. It was just us family on that day because the day before that was the biggest celebration. Party for all the celebrants in our group of friends. All celebrants blew candles and it was fun night for adult and kids. Three birthdays in one month within our family plus or wedding anniversary and father's day on the day before my second child's 6th birthday. We attended function, parties etc. What a busy month and it is over.

My friend is planning to have a stall in the coming Filipino fiesta. Well actually she been doing it for three years and this time she want to make a difference. I think it's not just a simple stall because she's now in the process of inquiring how much stanchions , velvet rope and barricades cost. Is she planning to sponsor a concert that she needs those crowd control stuff? Well, she's a function and party organizer so maybe she was just asked to get those things. I didn't see any of those things in her house so it's for her client. I was just thinking it's related to her plan for her business stall for the coming fiesta. We will try to attend the fiesta because it will be our first time if ever. They said it cost a lot so we need to prepare. I'm just hoping the crowd control to the said fiesta is well managed because I'm scared of stampede. Who don't?

Have you heard such a thing? If you don't then now you will know that you can play pokies in the comfort of your own home. I was dreaming to become a nurse. I am fascinated with their outfit, the nursing uniforms scrubs . I find their medical scrub really cool. But when I think of their job always involve blood, I had a second thought and I said to myself that the thing was not for me. I'm just so scared to see blood. Even a little blood from my own small wound makes me dizzy and gives me nauseous feeling. One time I asked a relative who was also a nurse if where did they get their medical uniforms. He said some bought it in a scrubs stores and some had their medical scrubs made from tailoring shop. I don't have idea there are scrub stores and I don't even know before that they called their uniforms medical scrubs. One time, I stumble on a site that sells designer nursing scrubs, designer nursing uniforms, and surgical scrub hats. The name of the online store is blue sky scrubs and guess what? Their collection of scrubs were really cool, stylish and in fashion. Maybe I can have them for fun...

How I wish I can have those boxes as early as now but it's hard. What I'm taking about are window boxes planters , garden window boxes, and window flower boxes . They're just so nice to look at with beautiful flowers in it. I just keep seeing them in the nearby garden shop. I can them if I really want to but I need to consider that we don't own a house yet. We're just renting and when the time come that we need to move out, it's hard to move too many stuff. Window plant boxes and any other plant boxes are a not easy to carry when it's already full of soil and plants obviously. Actually that's not my point. Our place for now is not big enough to have window plant boxes. In fact, we don't have windows. How funny I just realize that? No serious windows that we usually open and close everyday. Only glass wall that we can see through outside. Window plant boxes are some kind a old fashioned but beautiful. Old houses in my country usually had those boxes....

I love butterflies as in that's why I insisted to go back to Melbourne Zoo last April to take pictures of the tiny beautiful butterflies at butterfly house. Two years ago I think when we went there my camera was not really good to take pictures especially for moving object like butterflies and animals. Since I got my Canon 1000D, I was so inspired to take pictures and travel everywhere. I ignored the hot temperature inside the butterfly house just to take photos of the butterflies. It was successful. I love the outcome. I can't find huge butterflies there just like what I've seen when I was young in our province. I kept chasing butterflies back then and that was memorable. I remember when I was young, younger than today hehe, some people were buying butterflies. They'd catch them by using a huge net and I was envious because I myself wanted to catch butterfly too. While waiting for my kids doing Martial Art lesson/Taekwondo, me and my little one ease boredom by taking pictures. Well actually I can't go out from our car because my son was sleeping at first. After few minutes he woke up and yeah we're playing my mobile camera. I took many pictures of myself and I didn't realize he was joining me at my back. One hour of waiting and we're just inside the car counting the how many trains passing by. Yeah the place is nearby train station and we parked on the side road but not on the side of the railway waahh just kidding. I made silly facial expressions, wacky faces, smiles etc2x. I miss those days that I let myself get wet under the rain. On well younger days is somehow lovely to cherish. Yeah I love playing under the rain with my siblings when we were little. I also remember that my late father put rain chains in our backyard and in our front yard that will transport rainwater downwards to our big storage container. Actually, I just realize recently that those things are called chains rain . By the way, the rainwater that my late father collected before was used to water our plants especially when we experienced long drought season. We kept waiting for the rain before. We collected rainwater for household usage in short and it really helps. Nowadays, rain chain has huge selection of different styles and they're really beautiful. It adds beauty to every garden. There are rain chains accessories too. One day if we can already buy our own house, I will surely get rain chains to store water and to beautify my garden.

Taking photos of myself is one way to ease my boredom. During those days that I had nothing to do, I just put on some make up and done my own hair. Dress up nicely sometimes and then smile on my camera. I usually do self portraits using the remote of my camera. Click here and there. Smile here and there. If I'm really in the mood I can really get good shots of myself. Sometimes not so good but not bad too. I just love playing my camera every time I see beautiful things like flowers and unique things. I even wanted to upgrade my photography gadget but not a good timing yet. Hoping for the best in the next future. Maybe tomorrow, maybe on the next day, next month, next year whenever. We had two big bins before. One for recyclables and one for non-recyclables. But now we only got one small for non-recyclables and one huge for recyclables. Actually, I really like the idea of the council with this changes for better waste management in Australia . Oh well, for now I can say that I can sort out well our garbage due to our limited space of bins. But I like it because it made responsible in managing our household waste. I am surprised if you have lockers in your house because this is only used in establishments. When I was studying the solution of not bringing my stuff are school locker. It was fun because I have a little cabinet in school. Were I was free of painful shoulder. The good thing about having locker is you will only pay for a very minimal amount for the whole year round. My hubby usually goes to the gym and the first thing I looked for is gym lockers so that he could leave his stuff. Where he can bring new gym outfits and take home the dirty one. Lockers are usually made of steel and it would really depend on your padlock to destroy it. Have you ever seen wood lockers? I have not seen one so far. If lockers are for establishment only actually I am thinking of putting it on our house. So funny, just kidding! As the life on the internet goes on this site has lockers for sale if just in case you need one.

Our family loves to watches movies but we want to try attending concerts and theaters. Unlike movies we may able to see live performances on concerts or theaters. We can appreciate more the artist because there acts are spontaneous. I am sure that kids would really enjoy attending this kind of events. We know that the tickets of some events really cost that much. I can’t do anything right now that ends me up on swirling on the net.
